Microsoft AI blows it. Again...

Microsoft AI -- we can't make this stuff up!

Yeah, this one isn't really food related but I just had to share.  I used the ol' Bing search page (with good ol' Co-Pilot enabled) to ask a real simple question:  "what would be us coroprate income tax on $18 billion in profits" ??  Okay i spelled corporate wrong... but apparently that screwed things up so much that Microsoft thinks that 21% of $18 Billion is ... $36 Billion.

Spell checking to submit "what would be us corporate income tax on $18 billion in profits" gave the same wrong answer:

ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini all came up with $3.78 billion.

So here are two conclusions:

1. Don't trust me for spelling, and
2. Don't trust Microsoft with arithmetic.
